Someone has used my account


If you believe that someone has been trying to, or has been accessing your account, change your password immediately. To do this, click the "Update password" button under "Account security" in your My AllGoods.


Make sure you confirm that no one you have given permission to use your account has made any changes.

Verify your address and payment information. Check that all the current bids and purchased items were made by you.

If you are unable to sign in, let us know right away. We will keep your account secure until we know that it’s you accessing your account.
