Tracking an item

As a buyer, you can track the progress of your order through your My AllGoods page. In most cases, stores should also supply you with a tracking number. You can use this to track the location of the shipment through the courier or postage company.


Updating your shipping address

You can update, edit or add a new shipping address through the 'Settings' tab in your My AllGoods page. 


Who pays for return shipping?

If you have changed your mind about the item you purchased, you may need to pay for the return shipping costs. This depends on the seller's returns policy.

If the item you purchased is damaged or does not match the listing description, the buyer will not have to cover the return shipping cost.

In the case of an auction, you may not be able to return the purchased item. You will need to negotiate with the seller of the auction directly.
