Submitting a report

Reports are an important part of keeping AllGoods a safe and secure marketplace. They also help to receive feedback suggestions from users, which we take very seriously.

When do I make a report?

You should submit a report if you feel that a user on AllGoods has violated the AllGoods' Terms of Use. We read every report that is submitted. This helps us to continually improve our service and offer a better user experience.

You can also let us know of any other issues on the site by reporting a problem.

Community reports

Using community reports are an important way to let us know if a product, store or user is breaching our standards. These issues may include:

  • Restricted or prohibited listings: You believe a seller is listing something which is restricted, prohibited or not suitable for sale on the site. You can find a list of restricted and prohibited items here.

  • Intellectual property infringement: You believe your, or someone else's, intellectual property rights have been infringed upon. This includes trademarks and copyrights.

  • Search related violations: You believe a seller is using inappropriate methods to gain exposure on the site, for example by posting misleading prices, duplicate listings, or deceptive photos.

Something on the site is not working

If something is not functioning on the site as it should, let us know through our "Report a problem" function. This is available at the bottom left corner of the screen.
