Someone has used my account

If you believe that someone has been trying, or has been accessing your account, change your password immediately.

Make sure to confirm that no one you have given permission to use your account has made any changes.

Verify your address and payment information. Check that all the current bids and purchased items were made by you.

If you are unable to sign in, let us know right away. We will keep your account secure until we know that it’s you accessing your account.

 

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to click the “I have forgotten my password” button on the login page.

If you are having trouble logging into your account, contact us through support@allgoods.kiwi.

Tips for keeping your account safe

There are a few steps that you can take toward keeping your account safe:

  • Don’t share personal information, such as your AllGoods password or bank account details, with anyone;

  • Create a unique password that is difficult for anyone else to guess;

  • Keep the antivirus and other security software on your computer up to date;

  • Change your password regularly.
